In addition to a number of small local businesses we support we have also played a key role in establishing sound network infrastructure and good practice for organisations as far apart as Kuwait and Nigeria.
Our biggest client is undoubtedly Sungard Higher Education International. Supporting the international arm of a key division in the very well known Sungard corporation is no small undertaking. It requires a lot of remote support for users on 3 different continents operating on different time zones and even different working weeks!
This means we have to be flexible, adaptable and, most important of all, knowledgeable in a very broad range of technologies.
